Libya Mall — Reviving the Marketing Identity and Rebuilding Trust

Despite its strong reputation, the mall faced several challenges: weak, distinctive media presence; ineffective targeting on social media platforms; lack of visibility for the mall's identity and its affiliated brands (such as Viviu Restaurant, Muq Café, Pancho Kids brand, and Lee Burger); the need to rebuild trust with customers and visitors; and underutilized indoor and outdoor advertising screens as an additional revenue source.
Our company worked with the new management to develop a comprehensive marketing plan focused on: strengthening Libya Mall's position as a leading tourist and shopping destination in Benghazi; targeting families from different regions of Libya (east, west, and south); organizing ongoing activities and events to revive the atmosphere inside the mall (such as the Mall's Anniversary, Libya Mall Summer Activities, White Friday); developing a digital media plan focused on precisely targeted content and ads; and managing and marketing the indoor and outdoor advertising screens to generate new cash revenue and increase the mall's commercial returns. Implementation began on 15/8/2024 in cooperation with the mall's new management.
The digital screen network installed by Lead has completely changed the shopping atmosphere. Our advertisers have seen an immediate boost in campaign recall.
